Did you know that cervical cancer used to be the number 1️⃣ leading cause of cancer death for women? Now it’s number 1️⃣4️⃣ and that’s due to regular Pap tests, which can find cervical precancer before it turns to cancer.
But now, proposed changes to the guidelines could eliminate the pap, leaving us vulnerable to incomplete testing. Pap screenings have been saving LIVES and need to remain a part of routine wellness screenings.
