When I was 25, my Ob Gyn told me that I didn’t need a Pap test because I was so young. I am fortunate that I advocated for myself and asked her to do it anyway. I ended up having surgery to get cancerous cells on my cervix removed. I strongly believe that women should have a voice in health guidelines that protect our bodies! The Affordable Health Care Act makes Pap tests accessible to most women regardless of income, so see if this type of coverage is available to you!
