“Growing up in Singapore and coming to the US when I was 18, I didn’t know anything about women’s health…It was through the health center at NYU and my friends that I learned about how getting your Pap test can save your life, since cervical cancer is often asymptomatic until its later stages. It is so important for us women to be more open and talk about the importance of things like getting your Pap and share knowledge like how the Affordable Care Act covers Pap testing.”
