I remember going for my very first [Pap test] and it is a scary feeling because of the stigma of women being embarrassed to talk about this stuff. Truth be told, it is not scary at all. It is a bit uncomfortable but if we can get over the stigma behind it and realize that this is a life-saving test that fear and discomfort will diminish away. Now more than ever we need to #ProtectThePap!
