I remember going for my very first [Pap test] and it is a scary feeling because of the stigma of women being embarrassed to talk about this stuff. Truth be told, it is not scary at all. It is a bit uncomfortable but if we can get over the stigma behind it and realize that this is a life-saving test that fear and discomfort will diminish away. Now more than ever we need to #ProtectThePap!

Now more than ever we need to #ProtectThePap! Recent guideline changes can reduce access to many people needing a Pap which will leave so many women vulnerable. We need to take action. We need to be the voice of our generation and our children’s generation. We need to 𝑷𝑹𝑶𝑻𝑬𝑪𝑻 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑷𝑨𝑷! Will you join me and @protectthepap in helping to raise awareness for this very important cause?
