“One of the most shocking parts of the curriculum at Harvard Med was learning about cervical cancer, which used to be the #1 cancer killer of women. With the introduction of a screening method called a Pap test, cervical cancer is now the 15th cancer killer of women. Pap tests save lives. ✨ Why are we making this post? We believe that health is a human right and every women, regardless of their SEX and background should have access to screening measures, which can help detect cancer and ultimately, lead to enhanced patient outcomes.”
