As a mom of two daughters, I want to make sure my girls are fully aware that they should ALWAYS have a voice in the health guidelines that impact their bodies. Growing up, my mother and grandmother made me aware of the importance of having a voice for health screenings and of the importance of Pap tests. If you’re unfamiliar with a Pap test, it is a test carried out to check for abnormalities that may be indicative of cervical cancer.
